Wedgewood now open - suites available! Stunning design details, beautiful furniture and carpeting, and magnificent artwork are evident everywhere throughout the Wedgewood. Construction has been completed, and residents now are moving into their new suites. While the three-bedroom suites already have sold out, there are still some excellent choices available in the one- and two-bedroom suites

Bungalows offer many choices
Two new floor plans are available: the 1,431 square-foot Yoho and the 1,524 square-foot Robson. These floor plans offer people who prefer a smaller home the opportunity to enjoy the Touchmark lifestyle and quality of life.
Several bungalows have been built to showcase some of the 11 different plans. These are available for people who would like an early possession date; all that is required is the final selection of floor coverings, paint color, cabinets, and fixtures.

Touchmark at Wedgewood is a new community offering 55+ resort-style living to active adults choosing to make their home in 
Edmonton, Alberta. The Touchmark development is located off 184th Street & Lessard Road, across from the Hawkstone Square Shopping Center.
When fully developed, the community will include approximately 431 homes and apartments ranging in size from 475 to 2,400 sq. ft. and boasting a variety of styles and options, including Bungalows, Independent Living apartments, Assisted Living apartments, Memory Care apartments, and Continuing Care units. Approximately 258 homes and apartments will comprise the first construction phase.
